Sometimes we "don't know what we don't know" as my dad used to say.  Years ago, when I first started my practice, I was blissful in my ignorance as well as flat broke.  A consultant contacted me and I reluctantly agreed to pay her to tell me what was wrong.

Best move I ever made!

So, in case you think all is well, answer these few questions. You will likely realize that there is much to gain from having an experienced and objective observation and analysis followed up with the training and coaching needed for implementation to help you grow.

  • Are you happy with your current financial situation?

  • Are you happy with your team?

  • Is your team happy with YOU?

  • Are you scheduling enough new patients?  (And how many is "enough?")

  • Are you happy with the services you offer?

  • Is your office big enough?

  • Are you happy with the value of your practice as you reach the point of selling or retiring?

  • Do you have a written vision and mission statement?  Does your team know it?  And if so, are they helping you fulfill it?

  • If you could change one thing about your business, what would it be?

  • Are your existing patients staying in your practice?  If not, why not?

  • Are your existing patients referring their friends and family?  If not, why not?

  • Do your patients gladly pay your fees?

If you could not answer all of the above positively, you have room to improve and grow.  Please call us today at 469-843-0119. Brittany will arrange for us to discuss your needs and answer questions.  Or, if you prefer, contact me personally at
